Getting Started Guide
This guide will help you set up your Lendiom account, create your organization, add inventory properties, onboard clients and create your first owner-financed contract or rental agreement. Follow the steps below to get started.
Step 1: Sign Up
Create your personal user account:
- Visit Lendiom’s registration page.
- Provide your full name, email address, password and mobile number.
- Confirm your email address via the link sent to you. Once confirmed, you’ll be taken to the next step.
Step 2: Create an Organization
After signing up, you’ll set up your company details. Enter your business name, phone number, website (optional) and mailing address, then add a billing address and payment method. Choose a monthly or annual plan. Note: all new organizations start with a 31-day free trial and you can cancel any time during the trial to avoid charges.
Step 3: Add Inventory
To add your inventory of properties:
- Navigate to Inventory in the dashboard and click Add New.
- Select a category (land, multifamily, residential or other), then choose the type and status.
- Provide high-level details based on the category and review the information.
- Save the property. For land you can create individual tracts; for multifamily you can create units.
Step 4: Add a Client
To add a new client:
- Navigate to Clients and click Add New Client.
- Enter the client’s full name and contact information (email, phone and address).
- Optionally enter their Tax Identification Number (TIN) – this is encrypted for security.
- Save to finish. The client can now be associated with a property or agreement.
Step 5: Create an Owner-Financed Contract or Rental Agreement
Once you have inventory and a client, you’re ready to create an owner-financed contract or rental agreement. Follow the detailed guides for creating a contract or rental to set terms, payment schedules and sign documents.
