Billing Cycles

Currently there are two options for billing, monthly and yearly. If you signed up before May 26th 2023, then your billing cycle is anchored to the day you signed up. Any sign ups on or after May 26th, 2023 have their billing cycle anchored to the first of the month.

Free Trial

Lendiom supports a 31-day free trial, but it does require a credit card on file. After the trial expires, you will be automatically billed. The first charge is prorated to the first of the month.

For example, let's say your trial ends on August 21st, you will be charged for 10 days. Then you will be charged again on the first of the month since that is when the billing cycle is anchored to.

Monthly

When you are on the monthly cycle, any additional charges you have used in the previous month will be charged on the next month's invoice.

Yearly

As the yearly cycle only happens once per year, any additional charges accrued during a month will be charged on the first of the following month.

The following are examples of possible charges. This list is not inclusive:

• Snail mail
• 10DLC campaigns and numbers
• SMS, MMS and calls
• Any add-ons
