Canceling a Lendiom Subscription

Introduction

Organization admins can cancel their Lendiom subscription directly from the billing settings.

This process can be used when an organization wants to stop its active subscription or end future billing.

Cancelling a Subscription

To cancel a Lendiom subscription:

1. Log in to Lendiom.
2. Go to Org Settings.
3. Select Billing.
4. Click Cancel next to Action.
5. Follow the confirmation prompts to complete the cancellation.

Once the cancellation is confirmed, the subscription cancellation will be processed according to the billing terms shown during the confirmation flow.
